Terms & Conditions
It is very important that both parents and players follow the Terms & Conditions and Club Guidelines at all times. These rules are in place to ensure safety, respect, and professionalism within Newcastle FC, while protecting the players, families, coaches, and the facility. By adhering to these standards, every player can train in a positive environment and every parent can feel confident that their child is developing in the best possible setting. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program, as maintaining our club’s integrity and commitment to excellence is our top priority.

Registration is confirmed only when full payment has been received by cash or e-transfer to the official club email address.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including emergency contacts and medical details.
Registration & Enrollment

All program fees must be paid before participation begins.

Payments are non-refundable once the season has started. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons with valid documentation, at the sole discretion of Newcastle FC.

Late payments may result in suspension of participation until the balance is cleared.
Payments & Refunds

Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices and matches on time.

Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of their child. Newcastle FC is not responsible for children outside of scheduled training hours.

Coaches reserve the right to adjust schedules, training formats, or session structures if necessary.
Training & Attendance

Players and parents must treat coaches, staff, referees, and other families with respect at all times.

Verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the academy without refund.

Parents are not permitted to interfere with training sessions or enter the training field unless authorized by staff.
Code of Conduct

Participation in Newcastle FC programs is at the player’s own risk.

Newcastle FC and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

First Aid and CPR–certified staff are present; however, in emergencies, medical professionals will be contacted immediately.

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations during registration.
Safety & Liability

Use of the facility must comply with Newcastle FC’s rules, including no food or pets on training surfaces.

Parents may enjoy designated areas such as the seating lounge and ping pong room but must respect property and equipment.

Misuse or damage of facility property will result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement.
Facility Rules

By enrolling, parents consent to the use of player photos, videos, and highlights for promotional purposes on Newcastle FC’s website, social media, and marketing materials, unless a written request to opt out is provided.
Media & Promotion

Newcastle FC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player’s enrollment due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

No refunds will be issued in cases of dismissal due to misconduct or violation of rules.
